Our Rooms
Rosegarth is a wonderful place to stay, with the estuary views, comfortable en-suite rooms, and a hearty breakfast to start the day's sight seeing and activities.
All the rooms are centrally heated and in winter the open fire adds extra warmth and cosiness to the residents lounge. In the lounge you will find a TV (Sky Sports) & DVD player, books, games, local maps and tourist information.

Room one is a single room, with a large en-suite shower and it overlooks the peaceful walled garden.

Our Superior room can be set up as a Kingsize double or a twin and has plenty of space. It features an original victorian fireplace and estuary views. The large en-suite has a bath with overhead shower.

Room Seven
Our 3rd floor Family / Group complex is a large area divided into a spacious Double and an adjoining Twin Bed Annex, both share the same bathroom. Situated in the 3rd floor loft space, the view from the large velux window out to the Estuary is stunning.

Room Eight
A large easy access ground floor Superior Twin en-suite room overlooking the estuary with it's own front door and internal lobby to the dining room, (please note that the dining room is in constant use from 11:00 - 17:00 during the summer months)
Access
This room is suitable for people with limited mobility, there are 3 wide 7" high steps from the path up to the front door, the en-suite bathroom has a single step up to the walk in shower. The residents lounge, dining room and office are on the same floor. The original Victorian layout of the building makes it unsuitable for permanent wheelchair users.
